How it works

Capture

A network of wireless and wired occupancy sensors powered by computer vision, anonymously and accurately captures people count, occupancy, and objects within spaces. Sensors are ceiling mounted and cover a wide area office floor, measuring the person count, active and passive occupancy of the spaces in that area. The data feeds directly into iOffice floor plans, then processed, and reported at the space level.

Analyze

VergeSense AI and the iOffice Space Right intelligent planning tool work together to continuously collect and analyze data to manage spaces efficiently and implement agile seating strategies.

Optimize

Analyze trends in the iOffice Space Utilization Dashboard and reconfigure as needed. Easily spot patterns like which space types, locations, or amenities are over or under utilized.
